Standard delivery is dispatched within 2 to 3 days plus the postage time means you should expect your parcel in about 5 days.
Express delivery is dispatched the same day (orders placed by 3pm) plus the postage time means you should expect your parcel in about 2 to 3 days.
If you spend £35 or more in a single transaction (after discounts) then you can select free standard delivery.
We’ve tried to make payment as easy as possible by offering you a good selection of services.
- Credit and debit cards
Unfortunately we don’t currently ship outside of the United Kingdom due to the extra administrative complexities since leaving the EU.
We will continue to review this and do hope that at some point in the future we can offer international delivery.
It is possible to ship to an alternative address other than your billing address, as long as it’s in the UK.
If you wish to to do this, all you need to do is select the “Ship to a different address” option under the billing address section.
If you change your for any reason, we offer a 21 day return policy.
However this is only for pristine items and this also means not worn.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items and when we refund you, we will refund the product value. If you paid for postage, we do not refund this.
If you need to cancel your order we will do our best to do this. We don’t want to waste your time as well as saving some of the planets resources in relation to packing and fuel to get it to you.
But it will depend on how quickly you contact us. If we’ve already picked, packed and dispatched your order then I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do.
If this happens then you will have to follow our returns process.
