Refunds and returns policy for toxicGARB.com dated 1st November 2023
At toxicGARB we love to satisfy, so we’ll do our best to make that happen.
We’ve tried to keep our returns policy both fair and as clear as possible. If anything at all doesn’t make sense or you have any questions, please do reach out to us and we’ll do our best to answer as quickly as possible. This is usually within a few hours.
Cancelling my order
If you need to cancel your order we will do our best to do this. We don’t want to waste your time, as well as saving some of the planets resources in relation to packing and the fuel to get it to you!
But it will depend on how quickly you contact us. If we’ve already picked, packed and dispatched your order then I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do.
If this happens then you will have to follow the ‘Change of mind’ process, outlined below.
If you need to try and cancel, then please call us on 0845 47 444 85. You will be asked a number of questions to prove who you are and please try to have your order number to hand.
Change of mind
If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 21 days after delivery.
You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them and you must not wear clothing. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items and when we refund you, we will refund the product value. If you paid for postage, we do not refund this.
You can easily request a return/refund or replacement via our returns and refund form. This can be done within the 21-day return period.
Missing, damaged or incorrect orders
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase and would recommend that, where practicable, you unpack and check it for damage as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us as soon as the damage is discovered via our contact-us form.
We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives at your door complete and in pristine condition. If you have ordered more than one item and you don’t receive them at the same time, you can check whether they have been dispatched separately using our tracking facility detailed in the confirmation email. If it’s not on its way, you can check with one of our team members on 0845 47 444 85. You will be asked a number of questions to prove who you are and please try to have your order number handy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and the value of the refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. This should normally happen within hours, but depending on your payment provider, it can take up to 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please first check with your payment provider again. Sometimes it takes time before refunds are officially posted and showing on statements.
If not, then contact your payment provider directly. They should be able to confirm the status of the refund.
