Delivery Information
Our delivery options
We offer a number of flexible delivery options for you.
For Standard and Express we select the most efficient option at the point of dispatch and this typically includes Royal Mail, Yodel or Evri.
Express Plus is our fastest delivery option and we will dispatch the same day for orders received before 3pm and we use a courier next day service. You should receive your parcel within 1 to 2 days. Orders received on a Friday after 3pm will be dispatched same day, but some couriers don’t deliver on a Sunday and this may add an extra day.
You will receive an email confirming the dispatch, including your tracking details, as soon as your order has been picked and packed. Orders cannot be cancelled from this point.
Free delivery
If you spend £22.50 or more in a single transaction (after discounts) then you can select free standard delivery.
Standard delivery: £2.95
Standard delivery is dispatched within 2 to 3 days plus the postage time and means you should expect your parcel in about 5 days.
Express delivery: £3.95
Express delivery is dispatched the same day (orders placed by 3pm) plus the postage time, you should expect your parcel in about 3 days.
Express Plus delivery: £4.96
Express Plus delivery is dispatched the same day (orders placed by 3pm) by 24 hour courier and you should expect your parcel in 1 to 2 days.
Shipping address
It is possible to ship to an alternative address other than your billing address, as long as it’s in the UK.
If you wish to to do this, all you need to do is select the “Ship to a different address” option under the billing address section within the checkout.
International shipping
Unfortunately we don’t currently ship outside of the United Kingdom due to the extra administrative complexities since leaving the EU.
We will continue to review this and do hope that at some point in the future we can offer international delivery.
